• Clients provide videos via Dropbox, Google Drive, or other cloud storage links. AWS integration is available upon request.
• We process videos securely in our cloud server and deliver outputs, including burned-in subtitle videos, CSV bilingual transcripts, and optional SRT files.
• Outputs are stored as backup for potential reprocessing and are deleted within one month.

Security

We use secure cloud infrastructure and industry-standard encryption to protect your data during transmission and storage.
